How do I Change or reset my Gmail Account password?

Your Gmail Account password is the same password you use for other Google products, like Google Plus, Google play store and YouTube. If you forgot your account password and would like to reset it again or would like to change your Google account password for security reasons, you can follow the steps below.

Forgot account password
If you forgot your Google Account password, follow these steps to set a new password.
1.       Go to the trouble signing in Gmail webpage.
2.       Select “I don’t know my account password.”
3.       Enter your “email address” and follow the instructions on the screen.
Change password
You can change your Gmail Account password at any time.
1.       Sign in to Gmail Account.
2.       In the "Sign-in & security" section, select Signing in to Google.
3.       Choose Password.
4.       Enter your new password information, then select Change Password tab
Important: If you're running Android 5.1 or higher on your device and need to do a factory reset, you need to wait 72 hours after changing you’re a Gmail Account password to reset your Android device. For security purposes, you can't use an account if the password was changed within 72 hours to set up the device after reset.
Password requirements
Gmail Account passwords must be at least 8 characters long. They can include:
·         Uppercase and lowercase letters. Passwords are case-sensitive, so "G" is different from "g."
·         Numbers
·         These symbols: " # $ % & ‘ ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ { | } ~
·         Spaces: You can't use a space at the beginning or end of your password, but you can use spaces inside the password.
